If you wonder why I have been quiet for almost two weeks here on my blog, the reason is that I have been writing guest posts and planning for my next product. And as always, I have also posted some recipes exclusively on my Facebook page, however I’m planning a blog post about those to ensure that the readers who are not in Facebook can also enjoy those recipes.
Usually my Facebook-exclusive recipes are created on extempore basis, when I haven’t taken any progress photos and when I don’t explain very much about the development process. However, I consider the recipes as worth sharing because I’m sure that people will enjoy them. Below is a photo of my Sugar-Free Peppermint Fudge, which was originally just an experiment from scratch, but which turned out the most scrumptious and palatable treat!
Over a week ago I wrote a post for Jess Paige who is a rising star in the low-carb world. She has been blogging for some time and she is very active in social media, like Facebook and Instagram. Jess has a great attitude, knows a lot about healthy food and I seldom have met that friendly person! You can read my guest post about “Spicy Salmon for One” here.
Another guest post I wrote for Martina from KetoDiet. I’m sure you are familiar with her blog and the KetoDiet app — both are excellent sources of information and great recipes. They are really professional and the photos look fantastic! Martina is also going to publish a printed cookbook next year, she is currently very busy with writing and taking all the photos. You can follow her for example on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
My guest post “Taco Turnip Fries” contains actually two recipes: my healthified 5-ingredient taco seasoning and incredibly tasty 4-ingredient taco turnip fries. Who wouldn’t be crazy about fries, and there is always need for tasty side dishes, so the post is worth checking!
