Happy Mother’s Day! I’m spending Mother’s Day with my beloved son. As an avid coffee lover, I made a No-Bake Keto Coffee and Rum Cheesecake (with decaffeinated coffee and rum flavoring). The cake tastes divine!
Other than that, my week has been busy, from language technology projects to creating a webinar about the carnivore diet. We are enjoying exceptionally warm weather here in Finland, so I will also do some grilling today to celebrate Mother’s Day. I already made this Red Onion Jam and this Sweet Chili Sauce as condiments for grilled meat.

Happy (late) Mother’s Day, Elviira! Thank you for this excellent collection! I really like that it is not overwhelming with the number of choices. Most keto recipe “collections” are simply too enormous to be beneficial.

Thank you so much! I also prefer a more sensible number of choices!
