These items make up my basic pantry and I always try to have them available.
Baking Goods etc.:
– Almond flour, organic if I can get
– Whey protein, unflavored, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavors
– Organic extra virgin coconut oil
– Organic extra virgin olive oil
– Organic spices, preferably non-irradiated. Some of my favorites: caraway, oregano, cinnamon, black pepper, garlic powder, cardamom seed, thyme, curry powder
– Flavors: orange, banana, cherry
– Organic vanilla extract, or other brand
– Guar gum
– Xanthan
– Chia seeds, whole and milled
Sweeteners:
– Powdered erythritol + stevia
– Vanilla stevia, or other brand
– Other stevia flavors: toffee, berry, chocolate raspberry, peach, strawberry, cola
Perishable Goods:
– Organic butter, salted and unsalted
– Organic eggs
– Organic Greek or Turkish yogurt (fat content 10%)
– Organic heavy cream
